Delsy Syamsumar born on May 7 1935 - died July 7 in 2001 in the age of 66 years, is a painter "Neoklasik" comes from the Indonesian River Puar, West Sumatra. Painter has appeared melukisnya talent since the age of 5 years. In time of war revolution, his family chose to live in Bukittinggi.
Delsy through primary and secondary public education and even religion of Islam, he was always prominent in the painting lessons and became the first champion in the individual competition at the school in West Sumatra.
